Hello all, I decided to make a Monkey Bandit Gift Shop (duh). I made the shop primarily for my own amusement being that I only make a buck or two per item sold. But if you see something you just got'sta have (you know you want a Monkey Bandit Throw Pillow)!
As it says in the Monkey Bandit Gift Shop, "You too can be Monkey Bandit fabulous!"
Just the other night I was waxing nostalgic about the age of the cassette tape. There was something intrinsically cool about the feel and practicality of these magnetic wonders. We speak today of something being user friendly, when arguably there has been no other medium as accessible as the audio cassette tape.
When the walkman met the cassette tape we received our first real opportunity to personalize our music while on the go. And what better way was there for an adolescent boy to tell a girl “I think your neat and purty and smell nice too,” then the gift of a mix tape.

Well if you ever played DJ with a tape recorder or saved a little piece of your childhood imagination on a plastic cassette; then you may want to visit Project C-90. It’s a webpage dedicated to archiving cassette tapes.
“The era of this particular medium is slowly passing, and here we are trying to turn back time for 60 minutes… or, maybe, for 90...”
The Monkey Bandit wants to hear your blank tape stories.
